OUR JOURNEY
1979
Established in 1979 in a small village in Kerala Mr. John P M with his hard work and perseverance ran his small business, providing top quality wood to customers in his nearby region in Kannur
1981
In 1981, Mr John P M having a wide range of customers opened up his first shop in Madayi. His customers were extremely happy with his services and they started coming from different parts of the district
1985
To cater customers from different part of the district he setup his second outlet in Edakkom, a place famous for good quality wood at the time.
1989
Continuing with his success path Mr John PM Established a 3rd outlet in Vayattuparamba. This outlet later then expanded into saw mill and one of the biggest warehouses for imported wood in the region.
2002
After his two sons joined the business in the 90's business started flourishing and started dealing with imported wood from different parts of the world.
2010
To cater to bigger demands in the market PMJ wood established a wood mill in Indonesia and began importing sawn wood to India. With this investment PMJ Wood was a able to provide its customer with greater quality wood at reasonable prices.
2011
With ever growing demand in the market
PMJ needed to establish a branch in a strategic location in Pilathara to cater to whole-sale and retail customers in Kerala. Pilathara is now the biggest ware house and saw mill operated by PMJ.
TODAY
PMJ today boasts a huge 5 lakh + customer range and 1000's of wholesale customers rushing into its outlets everyday looking for a wide range of products. Better pricing, good quality wood and trustworthiness are the foundations stones of PMJ woods success.
